This year the gear sale will have several brands on sale. FreshChoice are giving away fresh fruit to keep runners energised while Montane, RAB and Fiordland House will have gear on sale.

Fiordland House will still be running the gear deal for Rab thermals, hats and gloves and Lowe Alpine jackets and pants - so get all your compulsory gear updated before check-in!

Montane are bringing a selection of their gear down too so some great deals are sure to be had.

spirit of kepler award

Spirit of kepler award

For 2015 we have started a new award inspired by long standing Kepler Challenge committee member, Caroline Carter who tragically died of cancer this year.

The award will be given to a runner or volunteer who has shown outstanding Kepler Spirit, be it going the extra extra mile for someone, or showing exceptional enthusiasm.

The recipient will be chosen from stories and anecdotes given to the committee.
