Fiordland Trails Trust

The Fiordland Trails Trust are running an inaugural half marathon this year on the 24th of August.  For details about entering this event - see their site - https://event.fiordlandtrails.nz

This is in addition to their 5km and 10km Run/Walk event that is on 7 December, between 0800 and 1000.
This is a great event for everyone to do with the added bonus of being at the start/finish line of the Kepler Challenge.  A great way to pass the time while you watch the Kepler event or wait for your significant other to complete their 60km challenge!
All funds raised by both events help the Fiordland Trails Trust maintain and extend the current cycle trails in the area.  This is a great asset to the Te Anau Community and one we fully support.
