GU nutrition plan recommendations
Taking on enough fuel and keeping well hydrated are key components to a successful (and enjoyable) race. When determining an appropriate nutrition plan, it is of utmost importance to test what you are going to consume on race day during your training. This applies equally to EVERYTHING you will eat and drink. Like clothing and equipment, race day is not the time to try new things!
