Race Entry

Eventplus account

In order to enter our events you will need to set up an Eventplus account ahead of race entry day. If you already have an Eventplus account please make sure your details are up-to-date.

Entry process

Online entries for the FreshChoice Kepler Challenge and Luxmore Grunt open at 6.30am (NZ time) on the first Saturday in July every year.

Entry to our next event’s will open 6th July 2024

In 2023, the Kepler Challenge sold out in 3 minutes, 6 seconds.

Runners will be entered into the event in the order in which they complete the on-line entry form. Personal details on your event plus account can be adjusted and updated after you have completed your entry process.

In the meantime why not check out the compulsory gear for the Kepler Challenge and Luxmore Grunt and familiarise yourself with our race rules and safety procedures.

Successful Entry

If you are successful, you will receive an email from Eventplus confirming your registration and requesting payment within four business days.

You can log into your Eventplus account again at any time prior to the payment deadline to pay your entry fee and to order your event T-shirt, breakfast vouchers and reusable cup.

Payments can be made on-line via credit card (VISA or Mastercard) using secure verification supplied by Stripe or by Internet banking.

Only once payment has been received can your entry to the Kepler Challenge or Luxmore Grunt be fully confirmed.

Now the training begins in earnest!

On the waitlist?

If your entry status is “waitlisted” your place will be held in the queue. Runners will be entered onto the waitlist in the order in which they complete the on-line entry form. A list of runners on the waitlist will be available from the Organising Committee after race entry day.

If a place becomes available you will receive an email with an accept invitation link. To accept the place, log in to your Eventplus account, follow the link and make your payment before the payment deadline (within four business days of your invitation).

Payments can be made on-line via credit card (VISA or Mastercard) using secure verification supplied by Stripe or by Internet banking.

Your entry to the Kepler Challenge or Luxmore Grunt will only be fully confirmed once payment has been received.

Please ensure that you keep your Eventplus account details up-to-date (especially your email address) so that you receive information from the Race Secretary.
